Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

is based on the discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, disease and emotional discomfort.  It is likened to an emotional version of acupuncture in which needles are not employed.  Instead, well-established meridian points on your body can be stimulated by tapping on them with your fingertips.  The process is easy to memorize and being clearly portable, can be done anywhere.

Because our physical pains and diseases are so obviously connected to our emotions, the following statement has also been demonstrated to be true: “Our unresolved native emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases. “

To quote Gary Craig, founder of the EFT practice, “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” This includes fears, phobias, anger, grief, anxiety, depression, traumatic memories, PTSD, worry, guilt and all limiting emotions in sports, business and the performing arts. That's a comprehensive list and covers just about every restrictive emotion we can experience.

EFT Services offered include:

  • One-on-one sessions

    • In person

    • Video sessions with Skype or FaceTime

  • Group sessions

  • Workshops
