Waiver, Hold Harmless and Release of Liability for
Medical Qigong, Brain-Body Balancing, and Yoga Classes

If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, slowly stop the movements or gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It’s essential in any movement that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
I, the undersigned, understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my licensed physician prior to and regarding my participation in any classes, now and in the future. Also, I am aware that these exercise classes, including Medical Qigong, Brain-Body Balancing, and Yoga are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
I, the undersigned, have read the above release and waiver of liability and understand its contents. I am responsible for my participation and hold Nisa King, MA, harmless for any discomfort or injuries or infections as a result of my participation and hereby release her, her assistants, her company, and her locations from any and all liability. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
